Centura Health is the joint operating agreement in Colorado between Catholic Health Initiatives and Adventist Health Systems. Position Summary

This position will be with Catholic Health Initiatives Colorado Foundation, serving St. Anthony Health Foundation, St. Anthony North Health Foundation and Summit Medical Center Health Foundation. It will be based at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado, and report to the Director of Development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the nonprofit industry and has knowledge in, and enjoys, all aspects of development work – fundraising, annual fund, planned giving, stewardship, events and general administration.


Responsible that range from administration duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports), directing and coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling the schedules of the team), through creation of documents and conducting research to support the products of the department.  Continuously monitors the progression of workflow and deliverables and updates status when necessary. Coordinates meetings and drafts/sends project communications. Works closely with the Centura Health entities to ensure information relevant to their region is delivered and updated continuously. This will require relationship building with each entity and community partners to achieve the communication.

Minimum Education Requirements

  • Business/healthcare degree or related experience

  • High school diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in healthcare or related field.

  • Previous or current experience with a nonprofit organization high preferred

  • Proficient in the use of computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Products.

  • Coordinates various projects and directs project activities; reviews/evaluates project progress and prepares reports.*

  • Inputs and analyzes data to ensure integrity of databases.

  • Assists with the development and implementation of external vendor products such as data warehouses.

  • Assists with a variety of related projects on an ad hoc basis.*

  • Develops and maintains relationships that support and further the partnerships. This includes internal and external stakeholders.*
